Volunteers

If you are looking for the opportunity to assist other people, access or participate in our programs, the Ballarat YMCA have many ways for you to volunteer your time to help benefit the community. For more information, please contact Karen Hulston or Olivia Brown.

Students

If you are a secondary student interested in obtaining work experience in the health and fitness industry, we offer a limited number of work experience places. Please send your details to ballarat@ymca.org.au, including a letter from your school requesting the placement, or contact Karen Hulston on 03 5329 2811.

Tertiary Students

We offer tertiary students fieldwork placements, research project opportunities and work experience in a number of areas in our organisation. This includes the Ballarat Aquatic Centre, Community Programs and Youth Development.
